ARTICLE 1 - DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY; HUMAN
TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE

Requiring the commissioner of public safety to analyze
and use trafficking data to address human trafficking problems and to establish
policies to provide assistance to trafficking victims; specifying certain data
analysis and plan requirements and certain training and awareness initiatives;
creating a human trafficking task force, specifying certain duties, membership
and meetings requirements, creating the unclassified service position of
trafficking coordinator and specifying certain duties; sunset;
