establishments; requiring certain disclosures from applicants before contracting
relating to assets and income for residency duration estimation purposes,
requiring establishments to provide the estimates to applicants with the methods
used to arrive at the estimate; requiring contracts to include procedures for
discharging residents unable to pay or exceeding the level of care provided in
the establishment; requiring the legislative commission on health care access
(LCHCA) to contract for a study of senior housing with services (assisted
living) settings, specifying certain study requirements and a deadline for
