certain pesticides to notify parents and employees, specifying notice content
and timing requirements, providing for notice to individual parents, requiring
the department of health in consultation with the department of children,

make available to school districts model notice language; school districts not
to be required to adopt integrated pest management plans, authorizing school
board notice to students, parents or employees of plan adoption under certain
