Requiring the commissioner of children, families and learning to develop the
capacity to deliver the basic skills tests in reading, mathematics and writing
online by a certain date; requiring the reporting of test results to the student
and the school within a certain number of days of test administration to allow
use of the results for diagnostic purposes and targeted interventions to improve
achievement by students failing to pass the test (mk)
