Prohibiting employers employing commission salespersons from altering the method
or timing of or the procedures for payment of commissions after resignation or
termination of the employee or salesperson; modifying certain prompt payment of
wages requirements of employers; prohibiting employers or prospective employers
from requiring employees or job applicants to pay for criminal, background or
credit checks, testing, orientation or required training, excepting training
required to obtain or maintain a license(ra)
