Modifying certain provisions relating to ambulance services and emergency
medical technicians (EMT); specifying staffing requirements for specialized
ground life support services providing advanced life support; authorizing the
emergency medical services regulatory board to deny certification; authorizing
the inclusion of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation course and practical skills
test as part of the refresher course or continuing education renewal
requirements and providing for continuing education credit for the
cardiopulmonary resuscitation and advanced cardiac life support courses;
eliminating the certified instructor requirement for training programs; reducing
the partial licensing period fee for ambulances; providing for annual audits of
regional emergency medical services board by the emergency medical services
regulatory board; repealing certain rules(ra)
