limits to the state deferred compensation plan or tax sheltered investments,
requiring an employee match; increasing the maximum contribution limit by school
districts and other educational employing units to severance pay offset programs
to supplemental retirement plan investments in anticipation of retirement,
authorizing the inclusion of the limits in collective bargaining agreements made
prior to a certain date (ja)
