generated as part of a pilot project established by the real estate task force
established by the secretary of state; temporarily increasing the surcharge on
the filing of certain real estate documents to be used as an additional funding
source for certain prior appropriations to the legislative coordinating
commission for the task force; extending the expiration date of the task force,
the availability of a certain prior appropriation to the LCC for the expenses of
the task force in carrying out a certain work plan and the effective date of a
certain prior provision temporarily increasing the county documents filing fee
