nonemergency medical transportation advisory committee; modifying certain duties
of the commissioner of human services and certain provisions relating to payment
for ambulance services, access to medical services, broker dispatching
prohibition, the single administrative structure and delivery system, and use of
standardized measures; specifying nonapplication for certain managed care plans;
establishing waiver applications for nonemergency medical transportation service
providers repealing the enrollment assessment process
