Providing an income tax credit for carsharing from certain carsharing
organizations; authorizing taxpayers to take a credit against the tax+ due for
expenses incurred to purchase a membership and pay monthly dues to +the
organizations, providing for the amount of the credit; authorizing +parking
facility owners charging customers to park vehicles and providing +dedicated
parking space at no charge to nonprofit carsharing organizations to +park motor
vehicles used by members to take a credit against the tax due for the+ value of
the dedicated parking space provided (ra)
