"Minnesota Secure and Fair Enforcement for
Mortgage Licensing Act of 2009" or "Minnesota S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of
2009"; providing for the licensing and regulation of an individual engaged in
the business of a mortgage loan origination or the mortgage loan
business

ARTICLE 2 - CONFORMING AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO
MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 58

Providing conforming and transitional
statutory changes; requiring a surety bond for residential mortgage originators;
modifying fees and renewal dates and fees; authorizing an assessment; repealing
an education and testing requirement
