3E Relating to data practices; modifying certain address confidentiality program
and data classification requirements for persons participating in the safe at
home program for victims of violence; defining mail; modifying application
content requirements; permitting the sharing of classified data with the bureau
of criminal apprehension (BCA) and law enforcement agencies under certain
conditions; requiring the secretary of state to annually report to the
legislature on the number of persons participating in the program; changing the
name of the address confidentiality program to the safe at home program and
including the BCA and law enforcement agencies data; modifying drivers license
and identification card address information requirements
