ARTICLE 1 - PATERNITY

Modifying
certain provisions related to paternity determination; defining the role of
intended parents during assisted reproduction as a part of the parentage
act

ARTICLE 2 - GESTATIONAL SURROGACY

Defining certain terms; specifying
rights of parentage; establishing gestational surrogacy eligibility,
requirements for a gestational surrogacy contract and duty to support the child
provisions; specifying the establishment of the parent-child relationship for
purposes of the parentage act; specifying the requirements relating to the entry
of a judgment establishing exclusive legal parentage and the effects of
gestational surrogate subsequent marriage; specifying certain immunities,
noncompliance by the gestational surrogate and the effects of noncompliance,
damages and irrevocability
