sending to or receiving United States immigration authorities information and
certain other activities regarding the citizenship or immigration status of an
individual; adding documents to be included in the crime of aggravated forgery
and increasing penalties for violations; requiring federal immigration law
compliance for state licensure, defining certain terms, imposing penalties for
violations; establishing sex trafficking as a separate crime from the promotion
of prostitution; specifying certain renumbering and cross reference change
instructions to the revisor of statutes
