student sexual abuse, specifying certain minimum content and school personnel
reporting requirements, requiring policy encouragement of student reporting;
requiring submittal of policy copies to the commissioner of children, families
and learning; establishing a temporary task force on violence and harassment
against Minnesota youth to examine and recommend to the governor and legislature
methods to eliminate violence, discrimination, intimidation and harassment
against youth, specifying membership requirements and duties; requiring the
commissioner to convene the task force and a task force report to the governor
and legislature by certain dates, specifying certain report content requirements
