Appropriating money to the commissioner of employment and economic development
(DEED) and authorizing the issuance of state bonds for transfer to the board of
trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and universities (MnSCU) to design
building additions on the Cambridge campus of Anoka Ramsey community college to
house the regional workforce center and to provide additional space for college
and academic support and student services and on the campus of the Rochester
community and technical college to house the regional workforce center and to
provide additional space for shared conference rooms and classrooms, specifying
certain design and lease agreement requirements
