ARTICLE 1 - FEDERAL FUNDS SPENDING

Modifying the
membership of the legislative advisory committee; requiring the legislative
advisory commission to consider certain requests to spend federal money;
limiting the authority to spend federal money without legislative review for
certain emergency management purposes; modifying certain interim procedures;
modifying certain pollution control agency federal funding provisions; repealing
federal money expenditure review interim procedures for urgencies

Modifying Minnesota historical society fee deposit
requirements; transferring department of administration plant management and
special revenue funds to the general fund

ARTICLE - 3 VETERANS
AFFAIRS

Appropriating money to the commissioner of veterans affairs for a
grant to the Minnesota assistance council for veterans, honor guard compensation
for funerals and for the veterans service office grant program; expanding the
Minnesota GI bill program to include an apprenticeship and on-the-job training
to pay for training and expenses, requiring the commissioner of veterans affairs
to develop and implement the program; appropriating money

Appropriating money for public safety support
including for soft body armor reimbursements

and universities (MnSCU) for leveraged equipment acquisition

FLOOD-RELATED APPROPRIATIONS

Appropriating money to the commissioner of
public safety for federal emergency management agency (FEMA) disaster assistance
grant match and to the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) to identify
certain flood mitigation measures and projects within the Zumbro River
watershed
