3E Changing the name of Minnesota Technology, Inc. to Enterprise Minnesota,
Inc., updating terms and references; removing the salary cap for the president;
modifying general corporate powers and duties; providing for financial
assistance; expanding duties of the agricultural utilization research institute
to include conducting onsite and applied research; specifying certain revisor of
statutes renumbering and cross reference instructions; repealing provisions
relating to financial assistance, on-site research, science and technology,
technology resource centers, regional research institutes, project outreach, the
research advisory board, research grants to education units, the Minnesota
technology account and the seed capital fund
