of operations of the trust or a related organization, specifying +certain notice
content requirements, classifying the notice, authorizing the +attorney general
to make notices accessible to the public under certain conditions, +providing
for objection by the trust; granting the attorney general certain +review and
investigatory authority relating to the agreements or transactions; +restricting
