Requiring school districts, the department of children, families and learning,
independent vendors contracted to score the state test of the basic requirement
for written composition under the graduation rule and others in possession of
the test booklets, results or prompt for the basic requirement for written
composition administered to students on a certain date to destroy the booklets,
results and prompt and prohibiting further administration of the test prompt;
requiring confirmation of destruction to the legislature; prohibiting the
inclusion of the basic requirement in educational data; requiring the retesting
of students for the basic requirement in written composition before the end of
the current school year, requiring legislative approval of the test prompt(ra)
