Providing for the right of eligible members of the armed forces returning from
service in the Persian Gulf war, operation enduring freedom or operation Iraqi
freedom to a best practice health screening test for exposure to depleted
uranium; requiring the adjutant general to report to the legislature by a
certain date on the scope and adequacy of training received relating to
detecting exposure to depleted uranium and other toxic chemical substances and
precautions recommended while in combat zones
