Transferring a certain amount of money from the general fund to the highway user
tax distribution fund and requiring a certain percentage of the amount
apportioned to the trunk highway fund to be used for acquisition of lands and
properties to locate, construct, reconstruct, improve and maintain the trunk
highway system; appropriating money to the commissioner of transportation (DOT)
and authorizing the issuance of state bonds to match federal funds and to
replace or rehabilitate local deficient bridges, specifying certain authorized
