redistricting plans on file in the geographic information systems (GIS) office
and published on the web site of the legislative coordinating commission (LCC)
for use in 2002; requiring the revisor of statutes within a certain number of
days of enactment to prepare a metes and bounds description of the legislative
and congressional districts in a form suitable for statutory publication,
requiring filing with the secretary of state; requiring the secretary of state
to provide copies to county auditors; repealing the statutory descriptions of
the current legislative and congressional districts(ra, ja)
