checks from the bureau of criminal apprehension (BCA) for all individuals
offered the opportunity to provide athletic coaching services (coaches) and
other extracurricular services regardless of receiving compensation; specifying
certain school hiring authority policy notification requirements to parents and
guardians; modifying the definition of school hiring authority
