authorizing consideration of certain categories for listing the +sanctions;
requiring the revisor to include cautionary language at the beginning+ of the
chapter notifying users of certain issues; specifying certain revisor
consultation requirements; requiring state and local government +agencies with
the responsibility of imposing collateral sanctions to prepare lists identifying
the sanctions for submission to the office of the revisor+ by a certain date
