ARTICLE 1 - SUNSET REVIEW

Implementing
certain sunset review changes for the sunset advisory commission under the
Minnesota Sunset Act; extending the expiration date of certain agencies;
extending the expiration date of the council on Black Minnesotans and specifying
certain interim review requirements

ARTICLE 2 - ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND
FEES

Modifying certain agency reporting requirements; specifying certain work
alignment coordination requirements with the office of the legislative auditor;
authorizing the commissioner of administration to provide administrative support
services to small agencies; prohibiting fund transfers for health-related
licensed board fee collections; specifying health-related licensing boards web
site posting, authority, and reporting requirements; modifying certain board of
medical practice disclosure and reporting provisions; requiring posting of
convictions of felonies or gross misdemeanors and malpractice settlements or
judgments for a regulated practitioner; requiring certain information on
regulated practitioners; specifying certain reporting requirements for
health-related boards, investigations, information systems, board fees,
administrative support services, and background checks; requiring a Medical
Practice Act study; requiring a department of health and board of medical
practice review; repealing the labor interpretive center

ARTICLE 3 - TRANSFER
OF COMBATIVE SPORTS DUTIES

Requiring the commissioner of labor and industry
to appoint a combative sports advisory council; abolishing the combative sports
commission and transferring duties to the commissioner of labor and industry;
revisors instruction; repealing the combative sports commission

ARTICLE 4 -
APPROPRIATIONS

Appropriating money for legislative members of the sunset
advisory commission and the boards of behavioral health and therapy,
chiropractic examiners, dentistry, dietetics and nutrition practice, marriage
and family therapy, medical practice, nursing, nursing home administrators,
optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, podiatric medicine, social work, and
veterinary medicine
