Fort Snelling state park, requiring the deposit of receipts in the state parks
working capital account, requiring separate tracking of receipts and expenses

to the commissioner for the payment of expenses, appropriating excess receipts
for state park historic preservation purposes; authorizing commissioner
exceptions to the rules for use of state parks and other recreational areas for
