including provisions relating to formation and organization of cemetery
associations or corporations, the procedure for filling vacancies among the
associates and for amendment of articles of incorporation, association
reorganization, land acquisition and sale, lot sales, resales, conveyances,
transfers, titles, descriptions, reinvestment, redemption, upkeep, abandonment
and disposal, plats, records and reports, permanent care and improvement and
county cemetery funds, the appointment of trust companies or boards of trustees,
performance bonds, mergers and relocations, maintenance of abandoned or
neglected cemeteries, damages recovery, special assessments, winter burials,
public cemeteries for the poor and duties of the county and state auditors;
repealing the existing provisions regulating public cemeteries (ra)
