buses from the definition of commercial motor vehicle for traffic regulations
purposes; eliminating a certain reference to Minnesota school bus golden orange
in the provision restricting use of the yellow color for buses other than school
buses; exempting school buses operated by licensed child care providers from the
yellow color and school or head start bus related equipment and printing use
restrictions under certain conditions; temporarily authorizing the operation of
type A school buses by holders of class D drivers licenses without a school bus
endorsement under certain conditions, specifying certain training,
certification, background check and physical examination requirements (ra, ja)
