3E Relating to health; authorizing pharmacies to provide pharmacy services
through an automated drug distribution system located in a health care facility
that is in a different location than the pharmacy; defining certain terms;
specifying certain notification requirements; establishing operations of the
automated drug distribution systems; defining limited service pharmacy and
health professional shortage area; authorizing the board of pharmacy to grant a
license to physicians authorizing the physician to dispense drugs to individuals
in shortage areas without pharmaceutical care
