producing temporary total disability; increasing the maximum weekly compensation
amount; modifying certain retraining and medical services relative value fee
schedule provisions; creating the pay for performance advisory group to study
and make recommendations regarding best practice standards and pay for
performance standards for medical care designed to achieve cost savings to
offset the costs associated with increased benefits; specifying certain
membership requirements; requiring a report to the legislature by a certain
date; requiring the commissioner of labor and industry to adopt rules for the
performance standards; sunset provision
