1E Providing for the payment of claims against the state; appropriating money to
the commissioner of corrections for payment of accrued medical bills and of
certain claims for injuries suffered by and medical services provided to certain
inmates injured while performing community service or sentence to service work
for correctional purposes or while incarcerated in correctional facilities and
for reimbursement to corrections officers for property damaged by inmates;
increasing the limit on appropriations for corrections or human services
employee property damaged by escaping inmates
