Modifying the division of cost requirements under medical assistance +(MA) for
certain longer term placements in intermediate care facilities for +persons with
mental retardation or related conditions; requiring the commissioner +of human
services to consult with ICF/MR providers, advocates, counties and +consumer
families to develop recommendations and legislation relating to +future ICF/MR
services and report to the legislature by a certain date, specifying +certain
factors to be considered by the commissioner in preparing the +recommendations
