compensation due to protected genetic information or receipt of genetic services
for state employees as provided for federal employees; restricting state agency
disclosure of protected genetic information; authorizing agencies to request,
require, collect or purchase certain protected genetic information and
authorizing genetic monitoring of biological effects of toxic substances in the
workplace under certain conditions; requiring agency heads to disseminate the
uniform policy and designate high level official responsibility for carrying out
