the director of the bureau of criminal apprehension (BCA) for payment to a
certain person for wages lost due to an erroneous or misleading background
check, to the commissioner of corrections for payment of certain inmate injury
and money loss claims and for claims for losses incurred by certain persons in
the conversion of the state hospital at Moose Lake into a correctional facility,
to the commissioner of health for payment of certain expenses of unnecessary
well drilling, to the commissioner of human services for medical services
provided to certain community service work participants and to the supreme court
for financial losses suffered by certain jurors; clarifying certain provisions
providing for the evaluation of claims and for limits on compensation for injury
or death of conditionally released inmates; authorizing the division of waters
of the department of natural resources (DNR) to determine a different control
elevation for Willis Lake in Waseca county (ra, ja)
