Establishing the women and nontraditional jobs grant program;
requiring a workforce outcomes report; establishing the women entrepreneurs
business development grant program; requiring a certificate of equal pay as a
condition for certain public contracts; requiring the commissioner of management
and budget (MMB) to report on the establishment of a state-administered
retirement savings plan; specifying contents of report; appropriating
money

ARTICLE 3 - EMPLOYMENT PROTECTIONS

Establishing certain wage
disclosure protection provisions; expanding employer duties for nursing mothers
accommodations; specifying certain enforcement requirements by the department of
labor and industry; imposing fines for violations; providing for pregnancy and
parenting leave; requiring pregnancy accommodations; providing for sick and
safety leave; permitting an employee to use sick leave for assistance to the
employee or assistance to relatives because of sexual assault, domestic abuse
and stalking; modifying eligibility for unemployment benefits when applicant is
a victim of sexual assault or stalking
