Modifying certain real property registration and recording fees paid +to county
recorders and providing for distribution of the fees among the +general fund for
use by the legislative coordinating commission (LCC) for the +electronic real
estate recording task force, the county for general and +administrative costs
and a county information technology adaptation fund to obtain, +maintain and
update current technology and equipment to provide services from the +record
system; imposing a fee for multiple certificate entries for payment +to the
county general fund; repealing the filing fee surcharge and the +county
