of unsafe buildings on tax-forfeited land before sale; clarifying and modifying
certain provisions regulating flammable liquids, explosives and fireworks;
modifying certain specifications for smoke detectors; repealing certain obsolete
or replaced provisions under the state fire code and certain provisions
regulating the use of waste oil burners and fire alarm systems in educational
facilities, providing for the repair or demolition of unsafe buildings and
specifying standards for fire extinguishers in residential buildings
