Modifying the noxious weed law; making it permissive for county boards to
appoint county agricultural inspectors and for general weed notices to be
published, requiring county boards to specify county agricultural inspector
responsibilities and modifying responsibilities, allowing weed notice web site
publication, removing the requirement for county board of commissioner
appointment of appeal committee and modifying appeal filing, modifying
reimbursable expenses and allowing liens, clarifying appeal of costs to district
court; repealing commissioner of agriculture meetings, reports and prescribed
forms duties and appeal to the county board under the noxious weed law
