legal services for low income clients in family law matters, court of appeals
for caseload increases, trial courts for guardian ad litem, interpreters,
psychological and in forma pauperis services, for new judge units, existing
problem solving courts maintenance and expansion and pro se litigants resources
expansion and to maintain core justice operations, to the tax court, the uniform
laws commission, the board on judicial standards for investigative and hearing
costs and the board of public defense for appellate office caseload increase,
shortfall, public defense caseload increase, part time public defenders data
entry and public defense corporations; adding judgeships; providing for use of
nonfelony abandoned bail in the fourth judicial district, requiring funds
application to county law library support; increasing supreme court and court of
appeals judges salaries
