2E Relating to gambling; defining fraternal organization; expanding the
definition of lawful purpose expenditures for lawful gambling purposes to
include payment of real estate taxes and assessments on permitted gambling
premises and the payment of water, fuel for heating, electricity and sewer costs
for buildings owned or leased by and used as the headquarters of licensed
fraternal organizations; modifying the definition of linked bingo prize pool;
modifying lawful gambling expenditure restrictions; prohibiting the gambling
control board from denying approval of pull tab or tipboard games for reason of
similarity to a licensed commercial product; modifying provisions relating to
linked bingo games; modifying bingo cover all games; limiting linked bingo game
consolidation prizes; increasing the maximum sale prices to be charged to
customers for pull tabs and tipboard tickets; repealing linked bingo prize and
pool account separate bank account requirement
