"Minnesota Homebuyer Savings Plan Act"; establishing a homebuyer savings plan
trust fund in the state treasury and specifying certain responsibilities of
commissioner of the Minnesota management and budget (MMB) department (finance);
authorizing state board of investment or its designee to select and enter into
agreements with individuals and entities to provide investment advice and
management of the assets held by the trust and certain other duties; providing
for contributions to a homebuyer savings account; authorizing account
distributions; providing income and franchise tax deductions
