Prohibiting the use of audiovisual recording devices in motion +picture theaters
without the consent of the owner or lessee of the facility and of the+ licensor
of the motion picture exhibited, penalties; exempting owners, lessees+ or
licensors alerting law enforcement authorities of alleged violations +from
liability in civil actions for subsequently detaining the alleged +violator,
excepting the use of unreasonable detention methods; exempting +certain sales
demonstrations from the prohibition; authorizing prosecution of +alleged
violations under laws providing greater penalties (ra)
