commissioner of economic security relating to employment and training services;
eliminating the requirement of the governor's workforce development council to
review employment and training services; modifying certain employment and
training services local delivery requirements; repealing the definition of wage
subsidies, certain employment and training services local delivery contracting
requirements and grant diversion processes and the Minnesota employment and
economic development (MEED), community investment and hospitality host older
