security; clarifying the requirement for the commissioner of children, families
and learning to coordinate the lead abatement program with employment and
training programs; removing work readiness, employment experience and community
investment programs from the definition of employment and training services
under the department of economic security; modifying certain duties of the
commissioner of economic security relating to employment and training services;
eliminating the requirement of the governor's workforce development council to
review employment and training services; modifying certain employment and
training services local delivery requirements; repealing the definition of wage
subsidies, certain employment and training services local delivery contracting
requirements and grant diversion processes and the Minnesota employment and
economic development (MEED), community investment and hospitality host older
