Relating to family law; modifying certain provisions relating to +child custody
and parenting time; specifying certain additional factors for +consideration by
the court in determining the best interests of the child in +establishing or
modifying custody or parenting time relating to interference with the
relationship between the child and the noncustodial parent and the +preferences
of children over a certain age; prohibiting the court from denying +requests for
compensatory parenting time upon a finding of intentional parenting +time
denial; authorizing the court to modify custody or parenting time +orders upon
finding the existence of a certain number of specific incidents of +intentional
