Requiring peace officers stopping persons claiming diplomatic immunity or
privileges relating to traffic regulations violations or to criminal vehicular
homicide and injury to verify the status and immunity of the person, to record
relevant information from drivers licenses or identification cards produced by
the person and to report the incident to the commissioner of public safety;
requiring the commissioner to send copies of documents received to the bureau of
diplomatic security, office of foreign missions, United States department of
state (ra)
