Providing for retirement coverage for school administrators under the Minnesota
state colleges and universities system (MnSCU) individual retirement account
(defined contribution) plan administered by the teachers retirement fund,
defining school administrator; authorizing and providing for school
administrators to elect exclusion from TRA membership for inclusion in the IRA
plan, election to be irrevocable; providing for member and employer
contributions to the IRA plan; authorizing the TRA to enter into cooperative
agreements with qualified governmental retirement plans in other states for the
recognition of combined service for benefit eligibility and calculation
purposes, specifying the terms and requirements of the agreement and providing
for determination of actuarial liability
