notice requirements and the form of the ballot question; requiring the school
board to certify election results to the department of education and the county
auditors of Hennepin, Wright, Sherburne, Anoka and Isanti counties; requiring
the commissioner of education upon successful passage of the referendum to issue
an order detaching and classifying the area located in Sherburne, Anoka and
Isanti counties and the area located in Hennepin and Wright counties as separate
school districts, requiring assignment of district identification numbers by a
certain date; specifying certain commissioner records amendment requirements;
providing for the formation of and transition to separate school boards;
providing for the distribution of assets and liabilities; specifying the tax
liability for existing bonded debt; providing for the assignment of employees;
providing certain enrollment options for the 2005-2006 school year; continuing
the operating referendum amounts of the original school district
