1E Increasing the maximum reimbursement rates for special transportation
services under medical assistance (MA); extending the restriction on
commissioner of human services use of a broker or coordinator to manage special
transportation services; requiring the commissioner in consultation with the
commissioner of transportation (DOT), special transportation service providers
and the broker or coordinator for access transportation service to evaluate
methods for assuring quality and safety and reducing the cost of the services
and report to the legislature by a certain date
