Establishing licensure requirements under the board of dentistry for denturists,
defining denture and denturist; providing for denturist representation on the
board; authorizing board rules; regulating the practice of denturism; specifying
certain license eligibility requirements, authorizing and providing for the
board to issue temporary permits to applicants demonstrating a certain
combination of training and experience in denture technology or laboratory
techniques, authorizing a permit fee and specifying certain supervision and
recordkeeping requirements; authorizing the board to contract for preparation,
administration and grading of licensure examinations; including denturists under
certain provisions regulating dentists and dental hygienists and assistants;
requiring certificates of oral health for initial practice purposes
